Muskingum County Auditor Tina Huebner is pleased to present the inaugural Muskingum County Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) for the year ended December 31, 2025. This report provides an overview of the sources of County revenues, how those dollars are used, the County’s financial position, local economic trends, and County improvements. The PAFR was prepared to present financial information in a clear, concise, and accessible format for the citizens of Muskingum County.
